Developing a mustard recipe is a tough assignment! Mustard may not have many ingredients, but the proportions are very decisive for the final taste.

A lot of time and energy was spent in 2006 working out the right recipe. Selecting ingredients, mixing, resting and tasting. To then start all over again. Step by step we arrived at a basic recipe that has a perfect balance between taste and spice.
